Evidence-based mind-body skills to build resilience and support post-trauma growth.
For individuals, groups and organizations working in high-stress, high-stakes environments.
We teach
Reduce stress and burnout. Increase joy and well-being.
LifeBreath Institute offers trauma-informed, evidence-based consulting and programs to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of Frontline Professionals, First Responders and Organizations.
Clients and participants learn from the latest research in mind-body medicine, neuroscience, psychology, and Eastern philosophy; they also learn and practice a variety of mind-body techniques designed to reduce stress, enhance awareness, mobilize aligned self-narratives, and develop an ongoing self-care action plan.
Our Approach
LifeBreath Institute offers a synthesis of contemporary psychology and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) approaches, drawing on research advances in the neuroscience and neurobiology of stress injury and trauma prevention and healing.
