CLEAR THE PATH offers trauma-informed, evidence-based drills and skills-based navigational systems founded in yoga, meditation, cognitive behavioral practices, Eastern philosophy, and neuroscience, all focused on increasing your ability to meet, greet and ultimately dissolve obstacles from your life path. These resources are essential for preventing and healing from a psychological stress injury. Together, we’ll learn how to powerfully mobilize right brain transformative powers as we navigate home to true nature, the sacred Self.
