Lillian Lennox, LMHC, C-iRest®, E-RYT 500,

Lillian Lennox is the founder and director of LifeBreath Institute. LifeBreath Institute specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based programs that offer traditional, complementary, and alternative (CAM) approaches to prevent, heal, and integrate complex stress injuries, including vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, and PTSD, a risk factor for people who work in high-stress, high-stakes occupations.

LifeBreath Institute is currently involved in research to contribute to the evidence-based base on CAM modalities to prevent and heal psychological stress injury.

Lillian holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology and post-graduate from the International Trauma Studies Program at Columbia University. She is trained in interventions and preventions that promote the resilience and mental, social, and integrative health of individuals, families, and communities who have endured catastrophic psychosocial trauma.

Lillian worked for many years in community mental health psychiatric emergency settings and private practice. Most recently, Lillian worked as a consultant for the Western Region Homeland Security Council to develop and deliver mental health resilience training for first responders.

The LifeBreath Institute is a culmination of Lillian’s 20 years of work helping people heal from psychological trauma in community mental health and private practice.
